The instant application is directed against the order dated September 12, 2012 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, 24 Parganas(South) in connection with Case No. C-486 of 2005 under Section 92 of the Factories Act, 1948 directing thereby to the petitioner to be personally present on the next date for recording the plea.

On perusal of the application along with annexures, filed therein, it appears that the impugned order does not warrant interference, after lapse of more than ten years. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
