The second appeal was filed on 25th September, 2014 but thereafter no attempt was made to move this appeal. This matter is also appearing in the list for quite sometime.

It appears that in spite of repeated opportunities being given to the appellants to remove the defects, no attempt was made to cure such defects.

Under such circumstances, the second appeal stands dismissed as abated.
