Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim housewife. Principal accused i.e. the husband has been arrested. Victim committed suicide. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner for progress of investigation is not necessary and petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Anchhar Mondal and 2) Sufiya Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
