Petitioner submits he is the step brother of the deceased. He has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Finger prints of the petitioner were found at the place of occurrence. Deceased suffered bite mark injury on his finger and admitted before the doctor that the said bite mark was of the deceased. Deceased suffered cut throat injuries.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
