The Corporation has submitted that it has already initiated a proceeding under Section 400 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980.

The report filed by the Corporation shall be placed on record.

Therefore, WPA 29629 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
