Mr. Anurag Bagaria Mr. Devansh Sonthalia ... for the petitioner Mr. Anurag Bagaria, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the present revisional application has been wrongly filed before this Hon'ble Court. The petitioner has already challenged the impugned order passed by Insurance Ombudsman, Kolkata in connection with Award No.IO/KOL/A/HI/0622/20232024 before the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Unit-II, Kolkata, which is the appropriate forum. He seeks for withdrawal of the present revisional application with liberty to pursue the application before the appropriate forum. He files a Gmail copy of written instruction of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, this civil revision being C.O. 4394 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application before the appropriate forum.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
