1. Petitioner prays for bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in custody for 181 days. He submits that, police filed charge sheet and therefore, further custody of the petitioner is not required.

3. Petitioner stands implicated in aggravated penetrative sexual assault of a minor boy. Medical evidence corroborates such fact.

4. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM(DB) 4279 of 2024 is dismissed.
