The learned advocate for the petitioner places on record copy of an instruction dated 20.01.2026 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition to prefer remedy afresh. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may also be permitted to withdraw the Original Application bearing O.A. No. 489 of 2025 pending before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal ('Tribunal' for short).

The prayer for withdrawal of the O.A. is required to be made before the Tribunal and considered by the Tribunal.
