The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioner directing the respondents to call upon the petitioner for verification of original documents in terms of Recruitment Notice dated 02.08.2012 permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent authorities in respect of filling up the total posts of Medical Officer (School Health) as per recruitment notice dated 02.08.2012.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides since the date of listing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
