Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

It is submitted petitioner no.1 has been arrested. 3.

Hence, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.1, viz., Nikhil Barman @ Dipen Barman is dismissed as infructuous.

We have considered the materials on record. A fight broke out amongst family members. Though victim Sabitri Barman was hospitalized, medical papers do not disclose grievous injury. 5.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion petitioner Nos.2 and 3 may be granted anticipatory bail. 6.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 2) Ganga Barman and 3) Ashis Ch. Barman @ Debnath Barman be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
