1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 24.11.2023 passed in WPA 22980 of 2023.

2. We have carefully gone through the findings recorded by the learned Single Judge who has brought out the factual position in a vivid fashion. We find there are no grounds made out by the appellant to interfere with the impugned order.

3. In the result, the appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected application also stands dismissed.
