1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is unable to arrange for local surety. Hence, he is still in custody.

2. Accordingly, we modify the condition of bail and direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two registered sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bashirhat, North 24-Parganas.

3. Other conditions of bail, however, shall remain the same.

4. CRAN 1 of 2024 is thus disposed of.
