1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks intra district transfer from Baruipur Circle to Sonarpur Circle on the ground that the distance from the School and his residence is 22 kilometers. The ground for such transfer is the old mother of the petitioner.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner is single and also has an unmarried sister.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
