We find that charge was framed on January 10, 2025 against this petitioner under Sections 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act. 3.

Commercial quantity of contraband items being involved and keeping in mind the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. 4.

CRM (NDPS) 1963 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
