1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner participated in the 2nd SLST-2025. She filled her application form in respect of two mediums; English and Hindi. She paid two application fees.

3. In the English medium category she obtained forty marks; wherein the cut off mark is sixty five.

4. In the Hindi medium category the candidate obtaining lowest mark is twenty.

5. The petitioner did not receive the admit card for appearing in the Hindi medium examination.

6. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays that the Commission may be directed to treat her candidature in the English medium category as candidature in the Hindi medium category.

7. The Court is of the opinion that without appearing in the examination meant for Hindi medium category, the petitioner cannot seek for converting the marks obtained by her in the English medium category as that of the Hindi medium category.

8. The prayer of the petitioner cannot be accepted by the Court.

9. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
