The learned advocate representing the State would submit that though he had appeared in the matter, his name has been incorrectly recorded in the appearance of the parties at the first page of the Judgment dated 23rd February, 2026.

Having heard him and Ms. Das Gupta learned advocate representing the Municipality who is present in Court, I am of the view that the name of the learned advocate be recorded as "Md.

Ahsanuzzaman" in place of "MIR Anuruzzaman" in the Judgment dated 23rd February, 2026.

Other parts of the said Judgment shall remain unaltered.
