The petitioner was enlarged on bail on 22nd January, 2024 subject to the condition that he shall report to the Officer-inCharge of the concerned Police Station that is English Bazar Women Police Station once in a week.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has duly complied with the order.

He also submits that charge sheet has been filed. Learned counsel for the State has placed on record the report of Inspector-in-Charge English Bazar Women Police Station, Malda.

The Report states that the petitioner has duly complied with the condition since now the charge sheet has been filed let the petitioner appear once in a month before the concerned Police station till completion of the trial.

CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities.
