...for the alleged contemnor Since Smt. Antara Acharya is no more the Collector, Land Acquisition, North 24 Parganas, the name of Smt. Antara Acharya may be deleted and substituted by the name of Sharad Kumar Dwivedi, the present incumbent in the office, in course of the day.

On the prayer of Mr. Supratim Dhar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor, the matter stands adjourned to 12th August, 2022 in order to enable Mr. Dhar to obtain appropriate instruction from the respondent. In the event the entire payment is not made in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 18th November, 2016, the same shall be made within two weeks from date. Let the matter be listed on 12th August, 2022. A copy of this order shall be communicated to the present Collector, Land Acquisition, North 24 Parganas for information and doing the needful.
