1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner claimed himself to be a spiritual healer. Under such ruse he committed rape. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the crime. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
