By this application, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Rent Controller Suit No.19(17) of 2021, which is pending before the learned Additional Rent Controller at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

This Court is not inclined to pass orders as prayed for. However, the petitioners are at liberty to request the Rent Controller to dispose of the proceeding expeditiously. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
