1. This is a matter of 2012. None appears for the parties. On perusal of the earlier order dated 13.05.2026, it reveals that on the said date also, the writ petitioner was not present.

2. In view of such, we have every reason to believe that the writ petitioner has probably lost his interest in proceeding with the instant matter.

3. Accordingly, WP.CT. 417 of 2012 is dismissed for default.
