1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner was appointed at the upper primary level school and she took classes in the upper primary level. She participated in the recruitment process for assistant teachers and she claims marks on account of prior teaching experience.

3. The Commission initially awarded marks to the petitioner on account of prior teaching experience but later as it revealed that the petitioner

did not teach at the secondary level the marks on account of prior teaching experience have been deducted.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

5. The recruitment rules pursuant to which the petitioner appeared in the examination clearly mentions that a candidate ought to have experience at the secondary level for being appointed as assistant teacher in the secondary level. The petitioner, admittedly, does not have experience of teaching at the secondary level. The petitioner cannot claim marks on account of prior teaching experience.

6. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
