We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was a member of the group who kidnapped the victim. 3.

In view of the nature of offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
