1. Petitioner has aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authority in not replacing the defective electric meter and for raising exorbitant bill vide bill dated 4.3.2018.

2. On examination of records it reveals that the petitioner had earlier filed writ petition being WP 14404(W) of 2018 with identical prayer and the said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 30.11.2018 by directing the petitioner to approach the RGRO within ten days and ventilate the grievances after depositing the amount of Rs. 75,000/-. It seems that the petitioner had not approached the RGRO.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will abide by the order passed by this court dated 30.11.2018 and in view of the same he does not wish to press the present writ petition.

4. It is clarified that in case the petitioner approaches the RGRO within 2 weeks from this order, the RGRO will consider his grievance on

merit without dwelling into the issue of delay in approaching the RGRO.

5. Present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the above terms.
