1. Petitioner was not identified in the test identification parade.

2. Petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the coaccused who was enlarged on bail by the co-ordinate Bench on September 18, 2024 passed in CRM (DB) 2342 of 2024.

3. In such circumstances, we grant bail to the petitioner on the gourd of parity.

4. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Cehif Jusidical Magistrate, Jhargram and on further conditions that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and shall report to the officerin-charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders. The petitioner shall appear before the

learned trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Jhargram Police Station except for the purpose of attending Court proceeding.

5. In the event, the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the petitioner's bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

6. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. CRM (DB) 4297 of 2024 is disposed of.
