Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed on merit. Thereafter, charge sheet has been filed which crystallises the accusation against the petitioner. 3.

Hence, we do not find any extenuating circumstance which would justify entertaining the subsequent application for anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
