However, KMC is represented by learned advocate.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioners writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Applications, if any pending, also stands dismissed.
