1. The instant revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 2203 of 2021 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat, District- 24 Parganas (North).

2. Considering the nature of prayer, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

3. Accordingly, service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

4. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasant, District24 Parganas (North) is requested to dispose of the case as early as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for,

be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

8. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasant, District- 24 Parganas (North) for necessary information and compliance.
