The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Shree Balkrishna Vithalnath Vidyalaya (Primary Section), Kolkata, a D.A. getting primary school, she was appointed in the said school on February 09, 2017.

The petitioner is praying an approval of her such appointment. A representation of the learned advocate of the petitioner praying such relief is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Kolkata, the respondent no. 3 herein. The said representation dated November 18, 2024 forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-8'. The respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the school and to dispose it of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 29800 of 2024 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
