1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding in connection with Case No. C-537 of 2008 under Section 494 IPC pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia.

2. The petitioner appears personally and submitted that the case is pending since 2008 and he succeeded to examine all the witnesses except the Marriage Registrar and accordingly prays for necessary direction.

3. Considering the nature of prayer, I find no reason to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Service of notice stands dispensed with.

5. Learned Magistrate is requested to dispose of the case as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order and after taking all steps to ensure the attendance of the concerned Marriage Registrar before the Court for his examination.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Judge for necessary compliance.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
