2. It appears from the report that the victim was recovered. The victim recorded her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS where she states that, she is married and she was living with her husband. Police produced the victim before the Child Welfare Committee, Hooghly who granted custody of the victim to the private respondent no.6 being the grandmother of the victim.

3. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition.

4. WPA (H) 107 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
