1. In view of the fact that leave to prefer an appeal was not allowed, the appeals preferred by the applicants stand automatically dismissed. However, it appears that in the order dated 20th December, 2023, the dismissal of MAT 2455 of 2023 and MAT 2456 of 2023 has not been recorded.
