Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in compliance with the direction passed by this Court on March 20, 2024, the petitioner has submitted all relevant papers necessary for disbursement of family pension in her favour.

Mr. Debangshu Dinda, learned counsel for the State, files instruction which he has received from the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur, the respondent no. 4 herein, wherefrom it appears that the Pension papers have been sent to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance(DPPG), Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The respondent no. 3 is therefore directed to issue the necessary Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Upon issuance of such Pension Payment Order (PPO), the concerned authorities shall take follow up steps

for disbursement of family pension including the arrear as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 28493 of 2023 is disposed of with the above direction without any order as to costs.
