Mr. Subir Bhattacharya Mr. Siddhartha Bhattacharya ...for the petitioner Ms. Moumita Pandit Ms. Ritushree Banerjee ....for the opposite parties This matter was directed to appear for correction of typographical error which has crept in the order dated May 7, 2025.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the number of the title suit and the Court before which it is pending has been wrongly recorded in the said order.

In page 2 of the order dated May 7, 2025 the following paragraph shall stand deleted.

"The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur is requested to dispose of the original suit no.15 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties".

The following paragraph shall be inserted in the order dated May 7, 2025.

"The learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur is requested to dispose of the Title

Suit No.364 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties."

Let the order be corrected. This order shall form part of the order dated May 7, 2025.
