1. The writ petition is at the instance of the bank praying for extension of time to act in terms of the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

2. The application of the petitioner is dated 17th October, 2024.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to take steps for consideration and disposal of the request made by the bank in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
