The present revisional application has been preferred for expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No. 60 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 3rd court, Basirhat.

The grievance of the petitioner is that for more than two years the revisional application is pending and the petitioner is unable to address her grievance and issues which have been canvassed in the said application.

Record reflects that the learned Additional Judge, 3rd Fast Track court, Basirhat because of other preoccupation and/or judicial work was unable to take up the revisional application. Having considered that the revisional application are for the purposes of issues relating to maintenance and/or monetary relief under the relevant provisions of law, I direct that the learned trial court would on the next date so fixed or within sixty days thereafter dispose of the revisional application. Needless to state that this court has not gone into the

merits of the present revisional application that was pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd court, Basirhat. It is reiterated that there should not be any extension of the timeline so directed above.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4880 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
