The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of a typographical error which cropped up in the order dated 18th January, 2024.

The third word in paragraph 2 of page 5 of the order should read as "employer" instead of employee. The order dated 18th January, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
