1. The writ application has been preferred alleging illegal construction without a sanctioned plan, in the adjacent property of the petitioner.

2. Learned Counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has placed a report, wherein it appears that on receiving a complaint, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has taken action as per the provisions of the Act, and has stopped the progress of the unauthorized construction and subsequently the higher authority has also passed an order of demolition.

3. It appears that the Respondent/Corporation is acting in accordance with law and as such at this stage, the writ application has no merit, and thus stands dismissed.

4. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand dismissed consequently.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
