1. The petitioner is a retired employee of district judgeship of Purba Medinipur. The petitioner complains that the District Judge, Purba Medinipur has not complied with an order of Division Bench of this Court dated 2nd May, 2022.

2. It is submitted that the Registrar General of this Court vide communication no. 2507-RG dated 06.05.2022 has instructed all District Judges in the State to comply with the order of the Division Bench dated 2nd May, 2022.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved that the District Judge, Purba Medinipur has not so complied with the same. A representation dated 22nd September, 2022 has been filed before the District Judge, Purba Medinipur.

4. Let the District Judge, Purba Medinipur consider and dispose of the representation dated 22nd September, 2022 at page 20 of the writ petition within a period of 12 weeks of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
