1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits allegation of rape is false. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits trial is at its fag end.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Case is at its fag end. In view of the aforesaid facts and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
