1. Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for bail

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. She states she had been kidnapped and raped by a person. Victim identified the petitioner as the rapist during TI parade examination.

4. In view of the aforesaid incriminating evidence and gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
