Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner had a shop room inside a Gurudwara. It is on the basis of a lease deed. He alleged commission of offences by certain assailants. Although an FIR was lodged, no investigation has been done. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that during pendency of the petition, a charge sheet has already been submitted in respect of the First Information Report.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Interveners/accused submits that they had not been made a party in the writ petition. Actually there is no such shop room inside the Gurudwara.

Since a charge sheet has already been submitted it is not necessary to go into the details of the allegations made in the writ petition any further.

If the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of investigation, he shall be at liberty to file a protest petition before the learned trial Court which shall be, in such event, decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
