This petition has been pending since the year 2008 and the matter had been appearing in the Warning List for a considerable period of time.

I am of the view that sufficient notice was given to the petitioner that the matter would be taken up today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this matter. Hence, W.P.A. 30057 of 2008 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
