The petitioner complains that he is being threatened by the respondent no.4 to that effect an information was furnished with the police station on or about 15.01.2024. In spite of the same no action has been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State submits that civil suit is pending and the written statement has also been filed before the said court.

Be that as it may, the subject matter of the writ petition is restricted to the threats and abusive language used by the respondent no.4. In case the police authorities have been reluctant in working out on the complaint, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate will consider the accusation in its perspective and decide the future course of action. The police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil as the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead.

With the aforementioned observations, WPA No.29751 of 2024 is disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
