1. A sum of about Rs.21 lakhs of stolen money was recovered from the house belonging to the petitioners. Petitioners stand implicated in dacoity. Petitioners were identified in Test Identification Parade.

2. In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence, involvement of the petitioners in the incident and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. CRM (DB) 4304 of 2024 is dismissed.
