The matter appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" today at the instance of the petitioner for correction of apparent typographical errors crept in the order date, it should be read as "November 12, 2025" in place and instead of "November 11, 2025".

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court that the 4th line of the Paragraph-3 of the order dated November 12, 2025, should be read as " handover the cheque on account of interest on delayed payment of gratuity of Rs.2,36,540/-...."

This aforesaid corrections should be incorporated in the order dated 12.11.2025.

The other part of the order dated 12.11.2025 remains unaltered.
