For the alleged contemnor No. 3 Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the review applicants in RVW 288 of 2023 submits that during pendency of the review application, the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway/ Kolkata has already passed an order on 18th December, 2024 in terms of the order dated 11th October, 2024 passed in the writ petition being WPCT 91 of 2023 and has communicated the same to the writ petitioner by Speed Post.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner, however, submits that no copy of the order has yet been received by the petitioner. Mr. Bhattacharyya, accordingly, hands over a copy of the said order to Mr. Chatterjee in Court today. Let a copy of the same, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof and as the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway/ Kolkata has already passed an order on 18th December, 2024 in terms of the order dated 11th October, 2024 passed in the writ petition being WPCT 91 of 2023, the review application being RVW 289 of 2023 and the connected application have become infructuous and the same are, accordingly, dismissed.

List the contempt application being CPAN 533 of 2024 for further consideration in the daily supplementary list of this Court on 30th January, 2025 as fixed at 3.15 p.m.
