Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 04.08.2023 wherein warrant of arrest was issued against the accused persons. The initial order dated 04.08.2023 reflects that out of six accused persons, five accused persons were on bail. As no steps were taken, warrant of arrest was issued. Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners, I direct that the warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 31.01.2024. In the meantime, if the petitioners appear and the learned court on assessment of the records finds that the petitioners were earlier on bail, then in that case, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond.

If by 31.01.2024, the petitioners do not appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Contai, in that case on 01.02.2024, the learned court would proceed to

harsher process of law by adhering to Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4882 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
