The State of West Bengal and another The revisional application appeared on 21.12.2023 when an accommodation has been sought for. Today, when the revisional application has been preferred, none represented the petitioners. I have considered the grounds on which Complaint Case No.CS 82219 of 2021 has been challenged. The said proceedings are under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Calcutta. The grounds which have been challenged are question of facts and cannot be gone into at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 4884 of 2023 is dismissed.
