The petitioner is aggrieved by the act and actions of the private respondents not allowing her to meet with her husband, who is, at present, in a bedridden condition.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the husband of the petitioner is presently at home

isolation.

In view of the provisions of PWDV Act, providing specific remedy, if the petitioner intends to visit her husband, then, she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, who would, after hearing the respective parties, pass necessary order(s).

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29852 of 2024 is disposed of.
